NANA Regional Corp seeks an experienced International Conflict Analyst to join our team in Washington, DC.

About the Job:

This role involves ensuring the conflict analyses informing SPCPS implementation decisions are founded on solid assumptions and not suffering from significant errors of causal identification. The successful candidate will work closely with CSO's Office of Advanced Analytics and country/region-level analysis teams to coordinate the development of quantitative analysis products, identify data sources, and harmonize quantitative and qualitative analysis inputs into ten-year plans and subsequent updates to inform SPCPS implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the development of quantitative analysis products with CSO's Office of Advanced Analytics and country/region-level analysis teams;Identify data sources and harmonize quantitative and qualitative analysis inputs into ten-year plans and subsequent updates;Ensure the conflict analyses informing SPCPS implementation decisions are founded on solid assumptions and not suffering from significant errors of causal identification;Provide regular updates to, and as needed, request support from State/CSO/AA, USAID/Office of Conflict Prevention and Stabilization (CPS), the intelligence community, and other quantitative analysis experts from the interagency;Liaise with appropriate interagency contacts to ensure appropriate collaboration of analytical processes and products;Travel to SPCPS Posts or to meet with international partners as necessary in support of these tasks.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess a graduate degree in international relations, political science, or other social sciences with a background in quantitative analysis. They will also have experience communicating analytical findings to senior leadership.

A competitive salary of $118,000 - $120,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) and a range of other voluntary benefits. Paid Time Off (PTO) is offered to regular full-time and part-time employees.
