Responsibilities- Assess, coordinate, and deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health literacy and self-management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Associate degree in nursing and current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- 2 years of recent experience in emergency nursing, with a focus on critical care and trauma.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive hourly rate of $77.30 to $104.61, depending on experience.
