Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team-based practice in Houston, TX. As a key member of our medical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our innovative clinical model.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- At least 2 years of clinical outpatient experience, post-residency
- A current, unrestricted State license or eligibility for licensure
- Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Active registration or eligibility to register with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA)
- Active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system; Athena preferred
