Job Overview

A key opportunity exists for a seasoned Mission Critical Spacecraft Systems Lead to spearhead the development, testing, and integration of cutting-edge spacecraft systems at Approch Venture.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive system requirements definition, optimization, and streamlined production processes.
  • Develop and implement robust risk mitigation strategies and oversee their execution.
  • Provide technical leadership to ensure seamless collaboration between design, testing, and program teams.
  • Leverage expertise in full life-cycle spacecraft development to deliver mission-critical systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering or a closely related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in spacecraft systems design, testing, and integration.
  • Strong background in mechanical, electrical, or fluid systems with hands-on experience in spacecraft hardware.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills in technical environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in aerospace engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with spacecraft missions, including launch operations and in-orbit support.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools for design and hardware prototyping.
