The Center for Evidence-Based Corrections is seeking a highly skilled and organized CEBC Administrator to support the research efforts of the Center. The successful candidate will provide executive-level administrative support to the Center's Director, manage all aspects of financial, personnel, and program administration, and maintain data security.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Center's Director, including scheduling meetings and conferences, and coordinating with staff and principal investigators.
- Manage all aspects of financial administration, including processing invoices, purchase orders, and travel expense vouchers.
- Coordinate personnel administration, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Maintain data security and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in research activities, including managing IRBs and preparing manuscripts for publication.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a research or academic setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use sound judgment and discretion in responding to issues and concerns.
- Working knowledge of common computer application programs, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience in data security management and IRB administration.
- Knowledge of research methods and statistical analysis.
