About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technician to join our team at TalentBurst. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and medical staff during surgical procedures, maintaining aseptic technique and ensuring the proper setup of equipment and sterile supplies.
  • Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Participate in pre- and post-operative patient care, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Current BLS Certification through AHA or ARC, with CST Certification preferred.
  • Registration as a Surgical Tech by Colorado Division of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).
  • Graduation from an accredited program for Operating Room Technicians.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Surgery Technician, with advanced knowledge in the scrub role and responsibilities for majority of surgical specialties.
Work Schedule

Monday - Thursday: 7PM - 5AM, with no call required. Rotating holidays and flexibility available. On-call required for day shift.
