Job Overview

Akoya Behavioral Health is a leading provider of in-home ABA services for children with autism. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of clinical programming for a caseload of clients
  • Support, training, and supervision of RBTs assigned
  • Completion of initial and ongoing assessments for clients and potential clients
  • Data analysis and treatment adjustment for clients on caseload
  • Implementation of ongoing caregiver support

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Development of training platforms
  • Development of clinical staff feedback systems
  • Oversight of clinical documentation quality

Qualifications and Education:

  • Master's degree in applied behavior analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Licensure in the state of Michigan as a Behavior Analyst

Preferred Skills:

  • Management of employees and RBTs
  • Strong interpersonal skills
