Position Overview:


Oversee the management of warehouse visitors, ensuring efficient dock door operations, and providing timely notifications to operational staff regarding requirements. Responsible for data entry related to driver arrivals, events, and scanning activities.

Generate receipts and facilitate live shipments for incoming goods through the TWMS system.

Ensure that drivers are processed swiftly while auditing documentation to confirm that the correct cargo is being delivered or received.

Maintain compliance with Safety & Security protocols for all warehouse visitors.

Collaboration:
Work closely with warehouse leadership, product operations, Security, Health and Safety, Information Systems, and Trade Compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently check in all warehouse visitors using Proxyclick, ensuring adherence to ID verification requirements.
2. Process driver check-outs upon completion of their visits.
3. Monitor driver progress within Proxyclick.
4. Ensure visitors are registered in Veroot when delivering air cargo.
5. Manage vetted vendors and ensure proper escorting of visitors as needed.
6. Confirm that all visitors are equipped with badges and vests, complying with Health & Safety standards.
7. Gain a thorough understanding of warehouse and product processes, including relevant files and scripts.
8. Ensure timely updates of events or scripts (e.g., TSF, LDD, TSC).
9. Conduct document scanning.
10. Seal trucks as required.
11. Manage and respond to requests effectively.
12. Oversee the warehouse request box.
13. Keep the task board updated when necessary.
14. Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment by organizing the entrance and desk area.
15. Escalate issues to management when appropriate.
16. Adhere to all company and compliance standards.
