Position Overview:

As a Front Desk Administrator at Advance Rehabilitation Management Group, you will be an integral part of our outpatient services team, dedicated to providing exceptional customer care. Your role will involve:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and assisting patients with a friendly demeanor.
  • Managing patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Processing co-pays and verifying insurance information.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinating new therapy referrals and starting care with our therapy professionals.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple schedules.
  • Strong multitasking abilities to meet clinic scheduling demands.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Attention to detail and good judgment in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; further education in healthcare or related fields is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a front office role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • A motivated team player with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
