Position Overview:
As a Front Desk Administrator at Advance Rehabilitation Management Group, you will be an integral part of our outpatient services team, dedicated to providing exceptional customer care. Your role will involve:
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting patients with a friendly demeanor.
- Managing patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Processing co-pays and verifying insurance information.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinating new therapy referrals and starting care with our therapy professionals.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple schedules.
- Strong multitasking abilities to meet clinic scheduling demands.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Attention to detail and good judgment in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; further education in healthcare or related fields is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a front office role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- A motivated team player with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
