JOIN OUR TEAM:

We are currently seeking two Reception Coordinators for Full-Time, partial float positions within our outpatient facilities. The primary hours for these roles are as follows:

Position 1: Flexible hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM on weekdays, with Friday hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Position 2: Flexible hours from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays, with Friday hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

These positions may require floating to cover for absent team members.

Position Overview:

As a Reception Coordinator, you will play a vital role within our outpatient services team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Warmly greeting and assisting patients.
  • Managing patient check-ins and check-outs.
  • Handling co-payments and verifying insurance coverage.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • Efficiently processing new therapy referrals.
  • Coordinating the initiation of care with our therapy staff to ensure a seamless experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, managing patient interactions both in-person and via phone.
  • Perform administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, registration verification, and payment processing.
  • Support staff productivity by effectively managing therapists' schedules.
  • Act as a liaison between therapy staff, billing office, and medical offices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Highly organized with strong scheduling management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet clinic scheduling objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating initiative, good judgment, and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service abilities, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Proficient typing skills.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma; additional education (college or healthcare technical school) preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a front office setting (healthcare environment preferred but not mandatory).
  • Motivated team player with a proactive work attitude and the ability to work independently.

Compensation:

Minimum: USD $17.00/Hr.

Maximum: USD $20.00/Hr.
