About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Granville Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and record vital signs and health information from residents
  • Administer medications and injections as needed
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Assist residents with daily living activities
Requirements
  • Valid LPN state license
  • Good standing with State Registry
  • Ability to work as a team member
