Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at The Toro Company. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, Local, and Corporate Health and Safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety incident prevention programs
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate hazards
- Provide training and education to employees on health and safety policies and procedures
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations functions to ensure proper machine guarding implementation and usage
- Manage departmental team members to ensure site safety team is staffed and supported
- Bachelor's degree in EHS sciences, Engineering, or Engineering Technology
- ~7+ years leading and building comprehensive safety programs
- Strong manufacturing business acumen with familiarity in manufacturing and material handling
- Ability to conceive, develop, and execute EHS related projects
