We are seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Nurse to join our team at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. As a Medical Surgical Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to Medical Surgical patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
