Job Summary

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our properties, ensuring all building systems operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of all building areas, including routine inspections and addressing tenant service requests.
  • Assist with routine maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, including performing minor repairs and replacements.
  • Respond to work order requests and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including tools and machinery, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and vendors, communicating effectively to ensure seamless operations.
  • Respond to tenant emergencies after hours as needed, providing timely and effective support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of building maintenance experience, with a focus on commercial properties.
  • Proven experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems maintenance and repair.
  • Valid Washington State driver's license required.
