Position Title: Part-Time Retail Sales Specialist

Reports To: Store Management

Overview: The primary role of the Sales Associate is to effectively promote and sell Tommy Hilfiger products while adhering to the TH Customer Service Standards. Additionally, the associate will carry out various operational tasks as directed by Store Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service in line with TH standards.
  2. Maintain optimal merchandise levels on the sales floor.
  3. Ensure the store's visual presentation is appealing and well-maintained.
  4. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shortages.
  5. Stay informed about store sales objectives and individual contributions to overall performance.
  6. Adhere to all operational policies and procedures.
  7. Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
  8. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Customer Service Duties:

  1. Maximize sales potential by following TH Customer Service standards.
  2. Build a loyal customer base through outstanding service.
  3. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, promotions, and events to enhance customer interactions.
  4. Foster a positive shopping experience by treating all customers and colleagues with respect.
  5. Ensure effective zone coverage and prioritize customer engagement over assigned tasks.

Personal Attributes:

  1. Exhibit a professional image through personal appearance and conduct.
  2. Demonstrate flexibility in working hours as assigned by management.
  3. Communicate any concerns to management promptly.

Operational Duties:

  1. Follow established policies and procedures diligently.
  2. Monitor the sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention and report any unusual activities.
  3. Complete opening and closing tasks as instructed by store management.
  4. Be capable of lifting at least 40 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Merchandising & Visual Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure accurate replenishment of products on the sales floor.
  2. Comply with visual merchandising standards.
  3. Execute markdowns and re-merchandising as necessary.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store fixtures and environment.
