Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Instruction: Develop and deliver high-quality instructional content to students, utilizing a variety of teaching styles to engage and motivate learners.
- Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate student work and provide timely, constructive feedback to support student growth and development.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and complete required reports in a timely manner.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development of instructional materials and syllabi that align with program goals and objectives.
- Program Integrity and Quality: Participate in curriculum review and program integrity initiatives to ensure the highest quality educational experience for students.
- Student Support and Retention: Assist in student recruitment and retention efforts to support the growth and success of the program.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree: A Master's degree in the field or a related field is required.
- Varied Experience Levels: The successful candidate will have varied experience levels depending on the discipline.
Compensation and Benefits:
