Position Overview:

Title: Team Leader - Manufacturing

Compensation:

$86,800 - $122,000

Compensation will be determined based on individual experience, skills, and qualifications.

Work Schedule:

Salaried Full-Time – Dupont Shift Schedule (12-hour shifts)

Location:

Cedar Rapids, IA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations of two paper machines, a recycled pulping facility, and shipping and warehouse functions.
  • Foster leadership and support within a high-performance work environment.
  • Deliver constructive feedback, coaching, and support to ensure a positive, productive, and safe workplace for all team members.
  • This role reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven leadership experience in a heavy manufacturing setting, with a strong understanding of safety practices.
  • Demonstrated integrity, energy, and the ability to inspire and develop others.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of providing constructive feedback.
  • A college degree is preferred.
