Senior Managers in Schwab Wealth Advisory operate as fiduciaries within Schwab Wealth Advisory, Inc. (SWAI), a registered investment advisor and an affiliate of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.You will provide continuous advice to clients through a virtual relationship, with opportunities to engage with your assigned market and clientele.
SWAI's advisory philosophy will empower you to utilize a broad range of comprehensive wealth management products as you assist clients with more substantial and sophisticated portfolios and wealth planning requirements.
In this Role, You Will Be Responsible For:
Personalized Approach:
Creating a tailored, comprehensive portfolio and offering advice that is designed to meet clients' unique goals while adapting to evolving needs.
Comprehensive Wealth Management Strategy:
Formulating, executing, and continuously monitoring Investment Policy Statements that delineate investment goals, objectives, preferences, and risk tolerance in line with Schwab's investment philosophy.
Collaborative Team Environment:
Fostering strong collaborative relationships with Schwab Branch business partners and financial planners as you maintain and expand an assigned practice of high-net-worth clients.
Specifically:
Client relationship management software that facilitates seamless client interactions.
Financial Planning software tailored for customized, client-focused portfolio solutions.
Access to third-party and proprietary research to underpin advice recommendations.
Ongoing training and a commitment to your professional development.
What You Have:

Essential Skills Include:
CFP or CFA designation required.
Bachelor's degree required.
Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license required (may consider a 90-day COE).
66 license required (may be obtained with a 120-day COE).
A minimum of five years of advisory experience required.
A minimum of five years working directly with clients in the financial services sector is highly preferred.
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
