We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Teller to join our team at Virtual Employee Services (C). As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service to all customers, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other financial transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Product Promotion: Cross-sell and promote financial products and services to customers, identifying their financial needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Branch Operations: Assist with branch opening and closing procedures, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure all necessary supplies are available.
- Team Support: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, mentoring and coaching to ensure they meet their full potential.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Plus two years of customer service and cashier experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- Notary Designation: Or ability to attain within six months.
- BSA Knowledge: Working knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act requirements and compliance.
- Technical Skills: Experience using PC-based software, including Microsoft Office.
- Soft Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to project a professional appearance and positive attitude.
