We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Amedisys Inc. in Hyannis, Orleans, and Provincetown.

**Job Summary:**

As a CNA Hospice Aide, you will provide personal care services to patients in their homes, applying safety principles and proper body mechanics to ensure high-quality care. You will work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized plans of care for each patient.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide personal care services to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist patients with feeding, medication administration, and other daily living activities as needed
  • Perform homemaking and environmental services, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Observe and report any changes in patient status to the primary nurse
  • Follow written instructions for personal care prepared by registered nurses in accordance with the plan of care

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current state certification (or registration) as a nurse assistant
  • CNA experience within the last two years
  • Ability to successfully pass the competency program of the care center
  • CPR certification
