Client Service Associate

At SPS-North America, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Business Service Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional office and mail services, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 5-star customer service to all employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments, ensuring accurate tracking and delivery.
- Perform duties associated with shipping and receiving, including processing and verifying packages, and notifying employees of incoming deliveries.
- Act as a point of contact for employees on mail and package inquiries, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
- Perform daily maintenance and upkeep of office equipment, including copy machines, printers, and other devices.
- Submit work orders for repairs and maintenance, and ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.
- Assist with meeting room and conference room set-ups, and perform light maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned.
- Monitor office supplies and replenish as needed, ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and organized.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
- 1+ years prior work experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages, and to stand for long periods of time.
