Therapist - Special Education and Rehabilitation

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Total Education Solutions. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing early intervention services to children from birth to 3 years old, promoting their maximum potential to function independently and actively participate in their communities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized and skilled physical therapy services to children with physical challenges and needs.
- Treat and care for patients with a range of conditions, including genetic, developmental, neurological, and orthopedic disorders.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that promote health and wellness, and support children and their families in achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with other medical, educational, and rehabilitation specialists to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify children's needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and other professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
- License/certification in physical therapy.
- A valid driver's license and automobile insurance with appropriate liability coverage.
- Ability to clear a background check through the FBI and DOJ.
- A current TB test (within the last 6 months).
- Covid vaccine card.
- Experience working with students with special needs.
- Familiarity with IEPs and IFSPs.
- Pediatric physical therapy experience.
