IVF Laboratory Supervisor

The Laboratory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our IVF laboratory, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of laboratory technicians and embryologists to ensure smooth IVF process execution
- Collaborate with veterinarians and clients to provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency in laboratory operations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GxP laboratory regulations
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, or biochemistry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in laboratory management or a related field
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation
