Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing scalable and reliable systems that align with our product targets and requirements.
Responsibilities- Design and implement scalable and reliable software systems that meet our product objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and develop user-friendly solutions that satisfy customer needs.
- Define long-term technical roadmaps and contribute to technical decisions on the team.
- Partner with global teams to build and maintain high-quality software infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience leading a software engineering team.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms, with proficiency in at least one coding language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, C++).
- Familiarity with the entire software development life cycle, including product discussion, research, and analysis, document writing, system design, coding, testing, etc.
- Passion for new technologies and proven capability in analysis and problem-solving.
- Ability to think critically and to formulate solutions in a clear and concise way.
- Strong teamwork skills, including communication, ownership, empathy, and honesty.
