Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor and report changes in physical and mental health
- Provide companionship and engage in conversation
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Manager
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of a State-approved CNA, HHA, or PCA certification training program
- Proof of Tuberculosis (TB) test
- Valid MA Driver's License and/or reliable transportation
