Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Vascular Surgeon to join our team at the Louis A Johnson Clarksburg VAMC. As a Vascular Surgeon, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading change in Veteran care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform open and endovascular AAA surgical repair
  • Conduct dialysis access procedures
  • Diagnose and intervene in angiography, including mesenteric and peripheral vascular
  • Perform lower extremity bypass
  • Conduct open and endovascular carotid surgery
  • Supervise and teach surgical residents
  • Provide consultation in an outpatient clinic setting and on inpatient wards
  • Be responsible for initial evaluation and overall workups, history and physicals, and admission of vascular surgery patients as needed
  • Participate in committees
