About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Airport Agent to join our team at Envoy Air Inc. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of aircraft and passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safe and on-time departures.
  • Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo, and company materials, with a focus on efficiency and safety.
  • Operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts to support aircraft operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless passenger experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Process passenger information accurately and efficiently, ensuring flights are dispatched on time.
Requirements
  • Minimum age: 18
  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver's license
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexibility to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary
  • Ability to lift, carry, and turn with bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Willingness to work outside in variable weather conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
