We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Prisma Health. This is a unique opportunity to work on the weekend shift, providing high-quality patient care in an acute inpatient setting.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to patients, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes. As a registered nurse, you will be expected to possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to assigned patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to promote patient-centered care.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • A current Registered Nurse license in South Carolina.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse in an acute care setting, or completion of a comparable residency program.
