We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Engineering to lead our growing engineering team at Thera.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining our engineering culture and best practices, leading full-stack development, and collaborating closely with our CTO and CEO to impact our product roadmap.
