Job Title: Service Assistant

At Spare Time Entertainment, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Assistant to join our team. As a Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact Professionally: Utilize Spare Time Service Standards (Code S.E.R.V.E.) to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Serve Guests: Implement Spare Time Entertainment's Steps of Service to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support Team Members: Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation, including prepping ingredients and communicating food orders to chefs.
  • Food Safety: Ensure that food is served in accordance with safety standards, including proper temperature control.
  • Communication: Act as the liaison between Front of the House and Back of the House staff, communicating guest feedback and requests.
  • Table Turnover: Assist wait staff with table setup and breakdown, ensuring efficient service and high-quality guest experience.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain clean equipment and working areas, adhering to Local, State, and Federal Health Department Codes.
  • Inventory Management: Keep products and areas organized, restocking as needed and communicating inventory shortages to supervisors.
  • Reporting: Report any violations or concerns to management.

Job Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma preferred.
  • Experience: Previous work experience preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Noise Level: The noise level can be loud and may contain lighting effects such as lasers and strobes.
  • Crowd and Children: This job requires working with large crowds and children.
