Job Title: Retail Ambassador

About the Company: Legends is a holistic agency that specializes in delivering solutions for legendary brands. Our Global Planning, Global Sales, and Hospitality service solutions collaborate on every project to ensure success across each of our six verticals including professional sports, collegiate, attractions, entertainment, international, and conventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a legendary experience for our fans by creating an exciting and positive environment for our diverse team and fan base
  • Assist the Gift Shop set-up team with merchandise placement, inventory control, and cleaning of shops and fixtures
  • Greet guests and ascertain their interest to make sales recommendations
  • Demonstrate ownership in cleaning, re-stocking, and other tasks assigned by supervisor
  • Present merchandise to increase sales with add-on items
  • Must be able to describe merchandise features, benefits, and explain use
  • Keep current on promotions and sales in store and events at Comerica Center
  • Maintain inventory, merchandise placement, and accurate counts. Assist in inventory
  • Continually increase knowledge of product, facility, and all events held at Comerica Center or at our pop-up store.


Requirements:
  • High school graduate, GED, or equivalent experience in comparable company
  • Honesty and integrity in all actions and language
  • Excellent customer service and selling skills
  • Accuracy in open and close procedures
  • Innovative and self-starter, who can work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility in duties and responsibilities as needed in other areas
  • Be willing to work extended hours on event days
  • Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed
  • Able to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time


Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience. Plus opportunities for bonuses and career advancement within the company.
