Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Outreach and Emergency Shelter Youth Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on providing critical support services to runaway, homeless, and at-risk youth and families in our community.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with the development and implementation of TCYS's outreach, education, and community awareness plan.
  2. Provide crisis intervention to youth and families in emergency situations.
  3. Maintain accurate and proficient daily activity logs.
  4. Assist with creating monthly, quarterly, and annual program progress reports.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License and Car Insurance.
  • Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team.
