Are you eager to enter the automotive repossession industry? Our rapidly expanding organization is in search of a full-time Automotive Lot Supervisor. Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all vehicles secured overnight are present on the lot, with windows labeled indicating the last six digits of the VIN, client information, key status, and drivable condition.
  • Capture and upload images of all repossessed vehicles.
  • Maintain records of appointments, delivery schedules, and transport details.
  • Facilitate customer personal property retrievals and vehicle redemptions.
  • Document daily deliveries and shipments to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Provide assistance and support to Repossession Agents as required.
  • Review lot inventory and coordinate with the company transporter for vehicle deliveries.
  • Clear personal belongings from vehicles, create a detailed inventory using company applications, and label items appropriately.
  • Oversee the property area and dispose of outdated items.
  • Communicate effectively with team members across the state.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience in the automotive sector, warehouse operations, recovery, or collections preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Proficient computer and typing skills, with the ability to operate a tablet using applications.
  • Familiarity with the repossession process, account management, and vendor communication is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing time-sensitive tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism and courtesy with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Able to engage with a diverse customer base and workforce.
  • Assertive with strong investigative and follow-up capabilities.
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team-oriented with a focus on achieving results, demonstrating adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members.

Physical Requirements:
  • Proficient in using a tablet, laptop, and mobile phone.
  • Able to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the day.
  • Capable of communicating with the public both verbally and in writing.

Additional Qualifications: Experience in towing, customer interaction, organizational skills, time management, computer proficiency, repossession knowledge, Recovery Database Network familiarity, and possession of a DOT Medical Card are beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Starting pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, commensurate with experience, with opportunities for growth following a 90-day review.
  • Monthly bonuses based on individual performance, with potential earnings of up to an additional $2500 annually.
  • Monthly bonuses based on company performance, with potential earnings of up to an additional $1200 annually.
  • Sign-on bonus of $500 included in the first paycheck.
  • Standard work hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm.
