About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC in Edna, KS.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the needs of our patients
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • RN/LPN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home care setting
