About the Role

Mastery Charter Schools is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Enrollment Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our enrollment team, you will play a critical role in assisting new families in enrolling their students at our schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate new student enrollment by working with students and families to obtain necessary information and records.
  • Maintain accurate data for record-keeping in multiple software systems.
  • Communicate professionally with families, staff, and other stakeholders via verbal and written correspondence.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Attend meetings and training as directed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to families and students.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Outlook.
  • Spanish language fluency a plus.
