Job Overview

KE Camps is a leading provider of summer camps for country clubs nationwide. With over 230 private club partnerships, we deliver traditional-style day camps for elementary-aged children. Our staff are essential to our programs and receive extensive support.

We guarantee an incredible experience for our staff members, who will feel part of the KE Camps Team. As a Camp Counselor, you'll participate in all camp activities, assist the Camp Director with daily tasks, and create a memorable experience for campers.

Camp Counselor Role
  • Key Responsibilities: Participate in all camp activities, assist the Camp Director, interact with campers throughout the day, and ensure their physical and emotional safety.

Counselor Qualities:

  • Able to help children grow in character, experiences, and insights
  • Able to guard the health and well-being of campers at all times
  • Capable of sustaining energy for participation in a full day's worth of activities
  • Prior experience working with children
  • Enthusiastic, responsible, dependable, consistent, level-headed, flexible, and calm in all situations
  • CPR/First Aid Certified or willing to become certified before the summer begins

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
