Key Responsibilities:- Onboarding and Training: Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are well-prepared for their roles.
- Benefits Administration: Manage day-to-day benefits plans, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and flexible spending accounts.
- Recruitment and Hiring: Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, interview scheduling, and background checks.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance on HR policies, compensation, leaves, and other employment-related topics.
- HR Projects: Support the HR Manager in completing various HR projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a Human Resources role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Familiarity with employment and labor laws.
- Experience using HR software, such as ADP Workforce Now.
