Responsibilities:- Provide quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home.
- Follow the plan of care and coordinate with other members of the healthcare team.
- Instruct patients and their families on care and maintenance of a healthy environment.
- Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and changes in condition.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
- Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
- CPR Certification required.
