About the RoleAs an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of patients in collaboration with Registered Nurses
- Administering medications and monitoring patients for potential adverse reactions
- Performing routine lab tests and therapeutic services
- Educating patients and their families on disease treatment plans, self-care, and follow-up care
- Identifying and mitigating safety hazards and emergency situations
We're seeking a motivated and compassionate LPN who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date
- A current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license
- A high school diploma or equivalent
