We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at The Blake. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication and provide medical treatment according to physician orders, adhering to applicable board and state regulations for assisted living.
  • Deliver world-class care and service to our residents, remaining flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
  • Assist residents with memory and performance improvement programs, promoting their overall well-being.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with a team to make decisions, prioritize tasks effectively, document clearly, and follow through on assignments.
  • Serve as charge nurse on shift for personal assistants under the direction of the Wellness Leadership team.

Requirements:

  • A caring heart and a willingness to serve others.
  • A current license for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) issued by the state.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Assisted living or long-term care experience is preferred.
  • Current First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
