Coldstream Capital Management is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to join our team. As a Client Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional Service: Anticipate client needs, address concerns, and resolve issues quickly.
  • Serving as a liaison between clients and custodians/investment managers.
  • Managing client information and handling all cashiering and money movement requests.
  • Client Meetings: Scheduling and organizing client meetings and proactively preparing meeting materials in advance.
  • Client Onboarding: Facilitating the new client onboarding process.
  • Documentation Excellence: Maintaining accurate client records and managing documentation with a keen eye for detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Client service experience in an office environment (financial services experience is a plus).
  • A Bachelor's degree (finance or related focus is preferred).
  • Interest in building a career in the wealth management industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Tamarac portfolio management (or similar systems) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing business correspondence with proper grammar and punctuation.
