Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a current RN license and at least 1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
