Job Title: Bridge Project Manager

William Charles Construction, a leading provider of heavy civil construction services, is seeking an experienced Bridge Project Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing field operations and contract administration, including safety, personnel, subcontract scheduling, material and equipment procurement, and schedule management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract value and ensure accurate quantities completed
  • Identify and mitigate potential risk exposure and cost overrun exposure
  • Plan and manage budgets, including financial wellbeing and salary
  • Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management in heavy civil and bridge construction
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to find solutions from problems
  • Team approach to management
