We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador, where you'll play a key role in sharing our story and success with everyone who walks through our doors.

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and positive individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador. As a key member of our studio team, you'll be responsible for greeting clients with enthusiasm and energy, presenting our concept to interested consumers, and working closely with trainers to guide new clients through their first Orangetheory workout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients with enthusiasm and energy, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Presentation of our concept to interested consumers, highlighting the benefits and unique features of our studio
  • Work closely with trainers to guide new clients through their first Orangetheory workout, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Assist with sales and membership sales, helping to drive studio growth and success
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client concerns and resolving issues in a professional and objective manner
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events, helping to promote our studio and services to the wider community
