Job Summary

We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Orangetheory - Franchise #0303. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting members, presenting the Orangetheory concept, working at the front desk, giving studio tours, and selling memberships. You will also be working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet members with enthusiasm and energy, providing a positive first impression of our studio
  • Presentation of the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, also known as "intros"
  • Working at the front desk, answering phones, and communicating with members
  • Providing studio tours to prospective members
  • Working with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Selling memberships to help our studio thrive
  • Following up with prospective clients
  • Handling member concerns in a professional and objective manner
  • Participating in marketing and outreach events
  • Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment
Requirements
