Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced residential electrician to join our team at Dixie Electric, Plumbing, & Air. As a full-time electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing residential properties, including conduit installation and service upgrades and repairs of main electrical services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of residential properties, including conduit installation and service upgrades and repairs of main electrical services.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
• Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills during day-to-day operations.
• Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
• Work with team members on the training of apprentices.

Requirements:

• Journeyman's Electrical License.
• Five or more years of residential service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in small spaces.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance, repair of electrical systems, and equipment.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess a passion for helping others and present a professional, positive, and helpful attitude at all times.
