Job Summary

SRL Total Source LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms, office spaces, stairwells, elevator, lobby, and conference room on a regular schedule
  • Collect and dispose of trash from all rooms and designated areas
  • Restroom fixtures, metal chrome surfaces, and drinking fountains must be cleaned with a disinfectant cleaner and maintained to a high standard
  • Office spaces, including private and shared offices, conference rooms, and quiet room, must be free of dust, dirt, debris, and stains
  • Carpeted areas and molding must be clean and free of dust balls and visible dirt
  • Vacuuming and spot cleaning must be done according to manufacturer's recommendations to prolong wear
  • Glass doors must be clean and free of fingerprints, dirt, and smudges
  • Appliances must be cleaned as needed to be free of dirt, grime, and smudges
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
  • Able to perform physical duties, including standing, reaching, lifting, and moving objects up to 30lbs
  • OSHA Knowledge
