About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Holganix. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our agronomic data and testing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans with successful timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with external parties to ensure accurate and timely results.
  • Process and analyze data with a focus on high integrity quality outputs.
  • Work closely with data scientists and agronomists to form insights and create action plans.
  • Ensure quality control measures throughout projects to meet internal and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • PMP certification is highly valued but not required.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Technical proficiency with agriculture data management and analysis tools (GIS software, John Deere Operations Center, Climate FieldView, etc.).
