We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our Host Home program as Independent Providers. As a vital part of our team, you will provide guidance, support, and care for adults with disabilities living in your home.
Our average annual salary for Independent Providers is $70,000, offering a rewarding and stable income. With the flexibility to work independently, you can establish meaningful relationships with the individuals in your care and make a lasting impact on their lives.
The role involves providing advocacy and mentorship, helping mentees achieve their goals and integrate into their communities. We require a strong commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment, with a private bedroom available for the individual sharing your home.
To be successful, you must be 21 or older, reside in Iowa, have a high school diploma or GED, and meet minimum insurance requirements. A valid driver's license and access to a computer/internet for documentation purposes are also essential.
