Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Location: Council Bluffs, IA 51503

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and patient individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a DSP, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our participants by providing support and care in their daily lives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist participants with their personal hygiene and daily living activities
• Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Provide emotional support and companionship to participants
• Help participants engage in community activities and enjoy their favorite hobbies

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible
